Car Owners: Bob & Cheryl Najor, Brewton, AL
Sponsors: Advance Construction and Ole Willie's Restaurant, Brewton, AL
Engine Builder: Jeff Hamner Enterprises, West Blockton, AL
Car: Port City Chevrolet Monte Carlo

In 1995, Bob and Cheryl Najor contacted Scott Carlson to see if he would drive their newly acquired Late Model stock car.  They witnessed his 1994 championship season at Mobile International Speedway and felt Scott has what it takes to be a true contender.  Their first challenge together was Five Flags Speedway's Snowball Derby in December 1995.

Five years and about 40 races later, the promising 2000 season begins with venturing into NASCAR's Slim Jim All Pro Series.  With limited personnel working on two cars, the plan is to run:

Homestead, Miami Speedway (qualified 3rd, finished 10th, transmission problems)
   USA International Speedway
   Memphis Motorsports Park
   Kentucky Speedway
   Montgomery Motor Speedway
   Nashville Speedway USA
   Nashville Speedway USA

The team will also run Pensacola's Five Flags Speedway, Mobile International Speedway special features, and selected Southern All Stars events!

See ya in the pits!
